Case verification is at the heart of what SWA does. Before any donor supports a family, an SWA volunteer visits, meets the family and confirms the need. We are expanding the survey this quarter and need more field associates in Delhi NCR.
What a field associate does
- Visits families referred by member NGOs or identified in the slum survey
- Records the household's situation with photographs and a short report
- Submits the report through the SWA portal for the donor to review
