Social Workers Association is an apex association of individuals and organisations working in the field of social work.
As an apex organisation, SWA is the platform that acts as a representative body at various forums and is the mouthpiece for the issues, concerns and problems you face while working in the community. SWA also acts as a watchdog for altering, rectifying or implementing norms, acts, rules and prevailing societal conditions, whether they concern the public at large, sections of it, or the Central and State Governments and the public and private sectors.
SWA gives you the opportunity to strengthen your hands and ours, and to combine resources to work in a more focused, result-oriented manner towards a New India, the India of our vision and dreams.
SWA runs health, education and livelihood programmes for families identified through our own surveys of slum areas in Delhi NCR. Every rupee is tracked and reported back to the donor.
