Social Workers Association (“SWA”, “we”) respects the privacy of donors, members, volunteers and the families we serve. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you submit through our forms: name, organisation, email, phone, city and your message.
- Donation details: amount, frequency, chosen cause and, if you provide it, your PAN for the tax receipt.
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To respond to membership, volunteering, verification and contact requests.
- To process donations, issue receipts and send donors the monthly expense details they are entitled to.
- To send the SWA newsletter to members who have opted in.
Case information
Details of families and individuals submitted for verification or support are shared only with the SWA volunteer assigned to the case and with the donor who supports it. Photographs of beneficiaries are published only with their consent.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and process payments, and where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you the newsletter, at any time by writing to socialworkersassociationdelhi@gmail.com.
