By using this website you agree to the terms below. Social Workers Association is a registered society (Reg. No. S-18100) working in Delhi NCR, India.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary and are used for the programmes described on this site, or for the specific cause you choose.
• Where a chosen cause is fully funded, SWA may apply your donation to the next most urgent case of the same kind and will tell you.
• Receipts are issued for every donation. Tax benefits depend on the law in force and SWA's registrations at the time of the gift.
• A donation made in error can be refunded if you write to us within seven days and the funds have not yet been disbursed.

Membership and volunteering

• Membership applications are reviewed by SWA and may be declined without giving a reason.
• Members and volunteers must treat information about families and cases as confidential.
• SWA may end a membership or a volunteer engagement for conduct that harms beneficiaries, donors or the association.

Case verification

Verification reports reflect what an SWA volunteer observed on the day of the visit. They are provided in good faith to help donors decide, and do not guarantee the future conduct of any organisation or individual.

Text, photographs and artwork on this site belong to SWA or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit. Please ask before reusing photographs of beneficiaries.
